Patricha (Trish) is a proud Kamilaroi women, Social Worker and Behaviour Support Practitioner on our Tuggerah team who started at Challenge in November 2023. Trish graduated with a Bachelor of Social Work (Honours) from the University of Newcastle in 2023 and is now completing her Masters in Applied Behavioural Analysis. She previously worked as a Disability Support Worker for 5 years and has experience working with complex presentations. Trish provides an empathic person centred and strengths-based approach when supporting her clients. She is passionate about supporting people to reach their goals and believes everyone is unique in their own way.
Trish was also a Hairdresser for 20 years, and still enjoys occasionally working in the salon. In her free time Trish enjoys fishing, being outdoors & is a proud plant mum.
