Oliver joined Challenge Community Services in May 2022 as a Caseworker in our Foster Care department before moving across to the Tamworth Allied Health team as a Social Worker and Behaviour Support Practitioner. With years of experience in many areas of practice, Oliver takes a holistic and rights-based approach to developing support plans that are highly personalised and work to meet the needs of people with complex needs.
Having worked and lived in many countries for extended periods of time, Oliver has broad experience in diverse cultures and brings that experience and diversity to his work and life. Oliver has a keen interest in art, literature and owns a horse.
