Libby has a background in social research, mental health prevention & early intervention, consumer and carer support and advocacy.

In her current role Libby works with NDIS and Foster Care clients to provide behaviour support planning and interventions, assessments and counselling that enhances resilience, wellbeing and quality of life.

She takes a holistic, person centred and collaborative approach to her work with clients and those who are important in their lives. Libby values the wisdom gained from lived experience alongside evidence-based interventions and has a strong commitment to trauma-informed practice, strengths based and empowerment approaches.

Libby upholds the social work values of respect for persons, social justice and professional integrity. Human rights, inclusivity and cultural respect are principles that guide her work.

Libby loves country life and wide open spaces. She keeps active by playing hockey and horse riding, but is equally talented at staying home, watching movies and listening to music. Fun fact: When she was a little bit younger, Libby used to play electric violin in a Sydney rock band.
