Nicola joined Challenge Community Services in 2017 as a HR Assistant on a temporary 6-month. She then joined the Allied Health Team in Tamworth in a permanent basis and hasn’t looked back since! She has completed her Certificate III in Business Administration and has 13 years of administrative experience across the Community Services, Mental Health and Legal sectors.
Challenge has been a wonderful and supportive place to work and given many opportunities for training, career growth and development. Outside of work Nicola enjoys dedicating time to family and friends, fitness and reading a good book. She also loves country music making Tamworth the perfect place to call home!
